Aft on port is a head, vanity and stall shower with access from forward cabin or main salon. To starboard is a dressing settee, storage and hanging locker. She has been very well maintained by her current owner who purchased her over 12 years ago. The significant upgrades to the vessel included a New Yanmar 75 hp engine in 2004 with 400 hours, sails replaced in 2006, the galley was reconstructed with new insulation using the state of the art Glacier Bay (R-50) panels and Frigoboat 12 volt systems, the salon upholstery was new in 2008, recent stainless steel deck hatches, one electric Raritan head and a Garmin 4212 Chart Plotter new this year.
