Aft of this area is the salon and galley. The galley is on the port side and the large settee which converts to a beth is on the starboard side.
Aft of the settee, is the nav station. Aft of the nav station is an open area with bunk berths which is currently used for storage. Brokers Comments.
Here is a chance to own this solid, blue water cruiser/racer that is for sale by her original owner. She has many safe blue water miles, including two transatlantic crossings. Built in Hong Kong by Cheoy Lee and marketed under the Golden Wave name. New cushions, refinished interior, an almost new Perkins diesel and much more has been recently done. The interior layout can accommodate at least 8 easily. The refrigerator/freezer are inline and in the center of the roomy galley.
She has been repainted both topsides and bottom. An easily maintained new outer teak outer deck has been laid. The versatile ketch/cutter setup allows for great flexibility in the sail plan, and easily single-handed. The ketch rig plus centerboard allows intercoastal and shallow water cruising. You'll notice her racing background when you see the hydraulic adjusters for the backstays of the main giving good sailing performance either in the ocean or club racing.
This is a boat that looks seaworthy, spacious and fast even when on land. She has had many improvements and would only take a little finishing making her ready to cruise. The owner is an experienced captain and cruiser and is willing to help the new owners get started
