Bretts Wharf Restaurant is a renowned Brisbane seafood restaurant situated on the original site of the historic Hamilton wharves.

Executive Chef Alastair McLeod is passionate about seasonal produce. His contemporary menus reflect his commitment to quality fresh seafood; in particular, fish served simply, and a carefully selected and matched wine list including fine examples of Queensland wine.

The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating plus a private dining room for up to 30 guests. Expansive views of the Brisbane River and city provide a stunning backdrop to the sleek, relaxed ambience of the restaurant.

Close to the airport, CBD and on the City Cat ferry route, the restaurant is fully licensed and on-site parking is available.

The business was established and is owned by restaurateurs Francis and Marilyn Domenech and property developers Ross and Genny Nielson in 1995.

Bretts Wharf is located right on the river at near-city Hamilton on the site of the original Bretts Wharf timber wharves that had been built at the turn of the century. The restaurant's design now blurs the lines between inside and outside and reflects our love of eating outside by the water, with the use of louvres and corrugated iron. The food philosophy is fresh seafood served simply, where anyone can come and feel welcome and relaxed.
