For the past fifteen years Hugo's Group has operated five of Melbourne and Sydney's highest profile venues -The Lager Bar, The Pantry, Hugo's Bondi, Hugo's Lounge and Hugo's Bar Pizza, with Hugo's Manly opening in April 2008.

The Hugo's story commenced over 12 years ago with the opening of Hugo's at Bondi, which was born out of a desire to set up a business close to the beach. Since that time our passion and commitment to delivering superior food and beverage has seen the Hugo's brand grow above and beyond our original vision.
The Hugo's Group today offers other excellent venues, Hugo's Bar Pizza and Hugo's Lounge in Kingcross and opening in April 2008 will be another Hugos Bar Pizza on Manly Wharf.
Hugo's Bar Pizza serves award winning Italian food and has a divine bar and lounge area to relax and enjoy a cocktail or two.

With their passion and dedication for providing superior food and service, the Hugo's Group has been recognized consistently over the years claiming some of the industries most prestigious bar and restaurant accolades, including seven chef hats.

Renowned chef and owner Peter Evans has created a menu focused on quality seasonal produce emphasizing home style Italian cooking. Hugo's Bar Pizza has been awarded ‘Worlds Best Pizza’ at the New York Pizza Challenge, twice ‘Australia's Best Pizza’ at the Australia Fine Food Show and ‘Best Bar in Australia’ at the 2007 Annual Bar Awards.

Hugo's Bar Pizza is nestled beneath its big brother Hugo's Lounge and has been operating for three and half years. Hugos Bar Pizza provides elegant dining in a relaxed casual setting. It has all seasons covered offering a sunken lounge and open fireplace for the winter months and a large outdoor terrace for al fresco dining.

They have a loyal following of customers some that have supported Hugos since it first opened at Bondi Beach over 12 years ago.

Hugos Bar Pizza can be booked exclusively for corporate cocktail parties or sit down dinners. With indoor and outdoor seating, Hugos Bar Pizza has the capacity to hold 80 people seated and 140 people for a cocktail party.
