It is now well established that Central Otago produces outstanding
Pinot Noir and Quartz Reef is no exception. Firm and intense with
notes of ripe black cherry, pomegranate and spice, the maturing
sun drenched slopes of our Bendigo Estate vineyard continues to
produce Pinot Noir of exceptional expression and structure. Whilst
Quartz Reef Pinot Gris (made in a rich dry Alsatian style) compliments
food of all flavours.
In response to the many requests from our customers, we are proud
to announce the inaugural release of Quartz Reef Bendigo Estate
Pinot Noir in 750ml bottles.

Chauvet (pronounced ‏show-vay') is a Sparkling Wine blended with
fruit sourced from Bendigo in Central Otago. Bottle fermented and
aged 2 years on lees, the wines are focused,
fresh and crisp with beautiful balance and length. Easily New
Zealand's most Champagne˜like Sparkling Wine.
