Established in 1998 by David and Tanya Freschi, Casa Freschi is
a small, ultra premium wine producer, with mature vineyards in
Langhorne Creek (4.5 Ha red varieties) and the more recently planted
Adelaide Hills (3.2 Ha white varieties). The two sites possess
qualities that allow Casa Freschi to produce highly distinctive, high
quality terroir driven wines through their philosophy of working in
harmony with nature. Extreme attention to detail in every facet of
production, coupled with environmentally enhancing viticulture and
a non-interventionist winemaking approach results in beautifully
textured, complex, savoury, and long ageing wines. All wines are
grown, made and bottled at the vineyard. They are bottled unfined
and unfiltered and in limited quantities.
