Aurora Spa Retreat, nestled in the heart of the Prince hotel, St Kilda, is Australia's luxury boutique spa integrating health and wellness into an urban environment.

All of our treatments within the Bliss, Balance, Detox and Vitality ranges embrace the four seasons and aim to bring the body into harmony with the rhythm of nature. The philosophies and therapies behind this care are influenced by everything from 19th century European water therapies to Native American rituals and indigenous Australian healing wisdom.

The seasons are incorporated into each treatment program through color therapy, rituals, elements, chakras and crystals aligned with each season.

Each treatment program begins with the Aurora Tea Ceremony where a powerful blend of herbs is individually selected to enhance the therapeutic benefits of the treatment.

The journey then continues with the Aurora Balancing Ritual that begins each of our unique spa therapies, restoring seasonal harmony with a centering visualisation and the placement of warm basalt stones on the major energy centres of your body.

At the end of each treatment the spa journey is brought back to the present moment with the Aurora Awakening Ritual. Inspired by the essential oils of the season, the Aurora Awakening Ritual incorporates the spraying of a gentle mist to refresh the mind and awaken the senses.
