Standox Computerised Paint System
Re-Creation Panels is one of the members of the "Standox Gold Club" (only eight in all for the state of Victoria). It is an exclusive group of membership by invitation only. In recognition for the commitment in high quality re-finishing, which offers a Lifetime Warranty Program.
Car-o-liner Jigging System
Vehicle re-alignment is no exception to what can be expected in a high quality repair. The use of electronic based measuring system, supports the quality control process that provides clear proof that the vehicle has been restored to manufactures' specified tolerances.
Spot Welder
As we all know when a repair is done, which includes welding, we must wherever possible do the repair to replicate how it was done in the factory. This is not only done for visual reasons but also to maintain the original strength of the vehicle body.
Computerized Quoting & Digital Imaging
Our computerized quoting enables us to fax or even e-mail you the quote. It is clearly set out for your approval. We can even e-mail you a digital photo to show you the progress of your vehicle.
Infra-red spot repair dryer
Infra-red spot repair dryer is a high quality, short wave system that will dry putty, primer and topcoat all in less than half an hour. Short-wave infra-red works from the inside out - the heat penetrates to the metal underneath. This is great as it maximises the drying effect on small repairs as it minimizes the time the vehicle is off the road.
Plastic Welding
We identify the type of plastic. Clean and prepare the inner surface, then plastic weld the inner damage of the impact area. (Same process for the outer surface) Then smooth excess welding material. Fill pinholes in surface. Prime the plastic surface and then we have the final product.
