Committed to providing an excellent product, our managers come from reputable establishments that understand a restaurant dinning room, they have an extensive knowledge in food, wine and beverage service and know how to make a perfect espresso. Our bar staff are fully trained baristas and cocktail barmen and our operational staffspend several months training as waiters to deliver an unbeatable standard of service. And if you have any questions or queries our Event Co-ordinators are available for consultation at any time to guide you in the right direction.
Not only does The Atlantic Group [V] employ the best people the industry has to offer, we are committed to sourcing the freshest produce and the best ingredients from around Australia to create menus that combine classic and contem-porary dishes.
As well as offering a full in-house catering service, you can also take advantage of our elite catering arm Atlantic Onsite to bring the service to you. From sit down dinners to boardroom service, Atlantic Onsite offers a complete kitchenette service including milk, espresso/coffee, fruit, alcohol and beverages, pastries, birthday cakes, hot and cold platters and more. Available daily from Monday to Friday, no order is too large or small and we can work within your facilities or bring our own if required.

After spending four years working in London and New York, executive chef Roland Gordon brings a wealth of international culinary experience to The Atlantic Group [V]. His most recent experi¬ence in restaurants, such as Indiana Tea House (WA) and Melbourne's Stokehouse, ensures he brings a high quality of wisdom and experience to the food presented by himself and his team.
With a brigade of chefs from a diverse range of backgrounds including African, Italian, Polynesian, French, Greek, English, Asian and Thai, our chefs can provide any type of menu or theme to suit your function.
Whatever your needs, The Atlantic Group [V] can develop a package to suit, be it a quiet drink at one of our bars, or organizing your next memorable event. We can even advise you on the right centrepiece for the main table or,consult on the most appropriate mix of food and entertainment. In other words you can leave it all to us.
The Atlantic Group [V] manages four venues. Three of these are only minutes from the CBD at South Wharf on the Yarra River and, the fourth is on St Kilda's Fitzroy Street. All four venues have a synergy, yet each space is individual and able to reflect your requirements.
