The Pavilion Homes team commenced its operations originally in 1973. As ‏hands on' tradesmen, specialising in all components of construction stages, home extensions, following through over the years to progressively larger inner city custom executive and family homes in the multi-million dollar investment value, and apartment developments.

Our director Steve Planinac is a licensed builder in the ACT & NSW and also maintains the position of the senior site manager. His sons, Boris Planinac has completed a degree in Construction Management and Economics and also holds a Class A building licence. Bob Planinac, is also a licenced builder and holds Certificate in Building Management.

We are Members of Industry Association and Multi Award Winning Builders receiving many nominations and winning projects since 1996. Awards include MBA Custom Home 300-400sqm, MBA National Finalist and HIA Custom Home to $1m and Small Lot Home of the Year 2006. Pavilion Homes featured Canberra's first ACTEW five star all electric home in 1994 and Canberra's First Asthma Foundations home.

Offering an Architect Design and Construction Service provides a one stop shop service for busy individuals. Interior Design and Landscape design and construction services can also be arranged. Specialising in knock down rebuilds, custom architect designed homes, dual occupancy, and multi-unit developments throughout Canberra.

Pavilion Homes has maintained display homes open to the public since 1994 and guarantees clients at least equal quality. As one of the best, most experienced and longest established local builders.
