Lou Rendina has achieved more in his 15-year real estate career than most people do in a lifetime.

One of the state's youngest auctioneers when he started as a fresh-faced 18-year-old in Geelong, he completed his Estate Agents licence by the age of 23, and has never looked back.

Lou opened his Kensington real estate agency in 1998 with a bold mission to lift industry standards and become the fastest-growing agent in Melbourne. True to his word, this man of action has expanded his inner-city firm more than 12-fold into a market leader in little more than seven years, changing the face of Victorian real estate forever with his use of ground-breaking technology, brand marketing and passion for providing six-star service.

The Rendina Kensington Office is also undergoing extensive renovation to make it one of the innovative real estate offices in the North-Western suburbs.

Along the way, Lou has made the state finals in the REIV Senior Auctioneer of the Year competition, worked tirelessly for charity, promoted public education campaigns in a two-year stint as president of the REIV's Northern Branch and in weekly newspaper columns, and become a motivational speaker in huge demand at industry forums across Australasia.
