It all started in August 2000. MPRE that is.
And without blowing our own trumpet we must be doing something right. Since then we've gone from a two-office team to a fully fledged network of twenty plus offices. As well as being here, there and everywhere, we've even added a specialist Major Development arm to the empire ˜ sorry, network.

A tale of two guys.

The story begins with our two Directors: Brent Pullar and Steven Oates.

Take Brent. A local boy all his life, Brent's love of real estate showed from his very first days in Seaford. As a cadet there, he continually set the record for monthly sales and listings.

But the big dream was always to create a real estate network that was fresh, and innovative enough to provide new levels of service at every stage of the game - for vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants alike.
Progressing from junior sales cadet to operating one of the most successful and fastest growing real estate companies on the Mornington Peninsula is a bit of a leap, but that's exactly what Brent did. Lets just put it down to his unstoppable enthusiasm and genuine passion for all things real estate.

Steven Oates has been in real estate for well over 20 years. You could say he was born into it. His father ran a highly successful agency in Chelsea and that's where Steven started out.

When his father retired, Steven took over the management of his agency for the new owners. But before long he opened his own office. It was November 1990. Opening a new business during a recession raised some eyebrows. Steven, being Steven, followed his instincts and the business soon became the area's most successful independent agency.

Steven's philosophy of real estate hasn't changed: ‏Provide more service than your clients expect,' and ‏Treat your clients the way you would like to be treated.'

Simple stuff, when you put it like that.
