Sales professionals don't come any more energetic than Andrew Phelan. A highly successful chef for fifteen years (Blakes, The Duck) winning coveted awards such as Chef of the Year and a highly prized Chef's Hat award in NSW, Andrew has now realised a long-term desire to work in real estate.
An interesting career shift, perhaps, but Andrew's enormous work ethic, people skills, fine detail focus and multi-tasking abilities are highly relevant, as is his ability to remain cool and unflappable. Educated at St Michael's Grammar and a Malvern resident for ten years, Andrew has a very wide and varied network throughout the Stonnington area. He has a great love of sports and the outdoors; he's a member at Kingston Heath Golf Club, a qualified water ski instructor and enjoys a daily run through Malvern's pretty parkland.
Interestingly, Andrew had a firm goal to work only at Jellis Craig despite job offers from other Agencies. ‘As an observer of the market for many years, it has always been apparent that Jellis Craig leads the way in professionalism, marketing and results. I set my sights on a career with Jellis Craig and it's been a hugely successful move.’
