HIGHLY COLLECTABLE BG0232 is for sale. One of very few Perana's still in South Africa. This particular car is compliance tag/s verified as being a genuine car. Finished in Peri-Peri Red with Black Perana stripes and rear window louvre/slats. She has had 2-owners from new. The Basil Green conversion obtained worldwide acclaim and was a FOMOCO recognised conversion and sold off FORD dealership floors in SA. The power-house V8 302 cid motor with C4 Auto gave incredible performance at the time (even now?). This car is so original that it even has the BG Motors sticker on the backlight and the correct BG Steering-wheel. Needs slight TLC to the paintwork (stone-chips and under-bonnet crackling & minor upholstery repair) which can be corrected before shipping if required ˜ or make an offer as is! This car is offered at a reasonable price by comparison to other international offerings that get snapped-up rapidly. Only 500 ever built! It was so fast in its day that it was banned from the track in SA because nothing could stay with it.
